We are looking for a proactive Middle+ QA Engineer who goes beyond simple manual testing and is ready to optimize processes using modern technology. You will ensure the quality of our high-load platform by combining solid QA expertise with AI-driven tools to speed up routines and enhance test coverage. The platform empowers agencies with seamless scheduling, billing, electronic health records (EHR), and compliance tools — helping care providers focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional care. Requirements * 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance for Web and Mobile applications; * Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes; * Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools; * Experience using browser Developer Tools for debugging, network analysis, and troubleshooting; * Ability to perform requirements analysis, identify inconsistencies, and clarify business logic gaps; * Experience creating and maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, checklists, regression suites); * Basic SQL knowledge (ability to write queries to validate data); * Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their impact on testing processes; * Active usage of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to optimize QA activities (test generation, data preparation, requirement analysis, documentation); * Experience participating in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, retrospectives); * English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have * Basic knowledge of test automation tools (Cypress, Playwright, or similar); * Experience testing high-load or scalable SaaS platforms; * Experience in healthcare or medical-related projects; * Understanding of healthcare compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA or similar); * Experience with mobile testing platforms (BrowserStack, Firebase Test Lab, or similar); * Experience with No-code / Low-code testing tools; * Experience working with logs and monitoring tools; * Understanding of performance and security testing basics.
To ensure operational stability, we prioritize candidates currently based in safe locations abroad. Responsibilities * Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI/UX testing for Web and Mobile platforms; * Analyze product requirements and actively participate in refinement sessions and feature discussions; * Design, maintain, and improve test documentation and regression coverage; * Execute API testing and validate backend integrations; * Use Developer Tools to investigate defects and analyze system behavior; * Collaborate with developers, product managers to ensure product quality; * Identify risks and quality gaps early in the development cycle; * Optimize QA workflows using AI-driven tools and automation-friendly approaches; * Support release validation and participate in CI/CD testing processes; * Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and quality standards.
