Join us as a Lead Generation Specialist and help shape the future of recruitment What You’ll Be Doing: * Lead Outreach & Engagement: Craft and optimize multi-channel outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, and more), qualify leads, and tailor strategies for each target account. * Build Relationships: Proactively reach out to key decision-makers, nurture strong relationships and book meetings to guide opportunities through the sales funnel. * Email Campaigns: Run high-impact campaigns, monitoring performance and ensuring strong deliverability. * Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with the Sales team to expand the pipeline and help achieve quarterly revenue goals. * Data & Reporting: Keep Pipedrive up to date with accurate lead information, track all interactions, and prepare insightful reports and dashboards to measure pipeline health.
You are our ideal candidate if you have: * Proven experience and results in sales research, lead generation, outreach, or prospecting. * Upper-Intermediate English (B2) or higher, with strong written communication. * Cold Outreach Know-How: Familiar with outreach concepts, workflows, and tools/platforms such as Pipedrive, Google Sheets, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator), Reply.io, Lemlist. * Relationship Builder: Skilled at starting conversations and nurturing them to drive meaningful engagement. * Proactive and self-motivated: Able to manage your pipeline independently and take ownership of results. * Curious & Detail-Oriented: Eager to research target accounts, understand industries, and personalize outreach that actually works.
