We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our game development direction. This role is focused on testing a live gaming product, so hands-on experience in game testing is essential. You will work with complex gameplay mechanics, in-game economy, and cross-platform environments (web and mobile), ensuring a stable, fair, and engaging experience for players.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Manual QA; • Experience in web and mobile (iOS/Android) application testing; • Experience working with web debugging proxy applications (Charles); • Extensive API testing experience (e.g., using tools like Postman, Swagger and understanding API documentation); • Strong knowledge of stack of web technologies like HTTP, JSON, REST; • Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes; • Experience in creating and executing test documentation, including test cases, check-lists, and writing clear bug reports (using tools like Jira, Mantis, Redmine); • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; • Experience in game testing; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
• Perform functional and non-functional testing of web and mobile applications; • Submit bug reports and define bugs’ importance; • Analyze project requirements; • Create and maintain test documentation; • Manage incoming bugs from clients and other team members before sending to developers.
Nice to have
• Experience with MongoDB; • Familiarity with test automation tools; • Experience with Blockchain.
