Objective of the role:
Join 8allocate as a Senior Sales Manager and own the most critical phase of our revenue cycle. In this role, you aren’t just closing deals; you are architecting partnerships. You will transform high-quality leads into long-term strategic assets, ensuring our AI-driven value proposition is clearly articulated to senior decision-makers. This is a foundational role working closely with the CEO and Delivery leadership to professionalize and scale our sales operations. We value high-value outcomes and autonomous execution over activity metrics.
Cooperation: Long-term. Position: New. Timezone requirements: 9 am. — 6 pm. or 10 am. — 7 pm. UA time zone (UTC+2).
English: Advanced level.
Requirements: * 5+ years of proven success in IT Sales (Outsourcing/Consultancy), with a track record of exceeding revenue quotas and closing complex B2B deals. * Deep experience in value-based selling, moving beyond “staffing” to sell business outcomes. * Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and negotiate with C-suite executives and technical decision-makers. * Strong ownership of sales targets, pipeline progression, and commercial outcomes. * Proficiency in using CRM data to manage your pipeline and identify potential bottlenecks. * You are an early adopter of AI productivity tools (e.g., for research, drafting, or CRM automation) and have a deep interest in the evolving AI/ML landscape. * Ability to intelligently discuss the SDLC, data strategies, and AI implementation. * Advanced English is a must.
Nice to have: * Prior experience selling specialized AI solutions or data-driven consultancy services. * A strong existing network of professional contacts in high-growth industries.
Responsibilities: * Manage the full sales cycle for complex, high-ticket consultancy and software development projects, from discovery to negotiation and deal closure. * Own the closing process, driving opportunities to signed contracts and revenue impact. * Collaborate with our Delivery team to architect sophisticated proposals that align our technical expertise with client business challenges. * Act as the primary feedback loop for our Lead Generation specialists to refine targeting and messaging based on live market data. * Maintain an organized, transparent pipeline, ensuring all deal stages and blockers are documented for accurate forecasting. * Expertly navigate complex organizational structures to identify and influence key buyers and technical influencers. * Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets by converting qualified leads into long-term client partnerships.
