Objective of the role:
8allocate is evolving, and we need a Head of Sales to design the blueprint for our next phase. You are the architect of our sales engine, responsible for building a scalable, repeatable system that supports our move into niche AI consultancy. This is a “Player-Coach” role that balances strategic vision with operational grit.
Cooperation: Long-term. Position: New. Timezone requirements: 9 am. — 6 pm. or 10 am. — 7 pm. UA time zone (UTC+2).
English: Advanced level.
Requirements: * 6+ years of IT sales experience, with a successful track record of building or significantly restructuring a sales process and closing complex B2B deals. * Proven ability to conduct market research and design effective GTM tactics for new services. * Represent 8allocate at international roadshows and industry events, and lead in-person visits to build deep client relationships. * Expertise in creating sales playbooks and training materials that elevate team performance. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret revenue metrics and conversion ratios. * A track record of successfully managing and developing Sales teams, focusing on quality and alignment. * Strong ownership of revenue targets, pipeline performance, and end-to-end sales execution. * Advanced English is a must.
Nice to have: * Prior experience selling specialized AI/ML solutions or data-driven consultancy services. * A strong existing network of professional contacts in high-growth industries.
Responsibilities: * Standardize 8allocate’s sales methodologies, from outreach templates to consultancy-based discovery frameworks. * Directly manage and mentor Lead Generation specialists, setting KPIs and optimizing outreach strategies. * Identify and validate high-potential industry niches and design the GTM tactics required to penetrate them. * Work with the COO to design commission structures and sales targets that align with company growth and margins. * Personally lead strategic sales conversations, negotiate with decision-makers, and close high-value consultancy and software development deals. * Own revenue outcomes by converting qualified opportunities into signed contracts and long-term client partnerships.
