Objective of the role:
As the CRO, you hold the keys to 8allocate’s entire revenue ecosystem. You are responsible for the unified performance of Marketing, Sales, and Account Management. You have the authority to build and develop these teams to ensure our strategic pivot to an AI consultancy is reflected at every customer touchpoint. Your goal is to create a seamless, high-growth engine that establishes 8allocate as a premier niche authority in AI-driven technical solutions.
Cooperation: Long-term. Position: New. Timezone requirements: 9 am. — 6 pm. or 10 am. — 7 pm. UA time zone (UTC+2).
English: Advanced level.
Requirements: * 8+ years of senior leadership experience in high-growth technology service companies. * Deep strategic and operational understanding of how Marketing, Sales, and Success integrate into one engine. * Proven experience leading an organization through a successful transition in market positioning. * Exceptional ability to lead cultural and structural changes across multiple departments while maintaining high morale. * Strong ownership of enterprise sales outcomes, including revenue targets, pipeline health, and complex deal closure. * Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate high-stakes sales engagements with senior decision-makers. * Advanced English is a must.
Nice to have: * Experience specifically transitioning a company from an “Outstaffing” model to a “Managed Services” or “Domain-Specific Consultancy” model. * Previous experience scaling a professional services firm from roughly 100 to 200+ employees. * A background in establishing brand authority through content-led growth or participating as a speaker in global tech circles.
Responsibilities: * Architect the long-term GTM strategy, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Account Management under a single vision. * Lead the end-to-end redesign and execution of our Inbound and Outbound sales systems to attract and convert high-quality leads. * Design and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to penetrate high-value enterprise accounts. * Lead the talent strategy for all revenue-generating functions, including the hiring and development of a new Marketing department. * Full accountability for the company’s revenue growth, gross margins, and customer acquisition costs. * Define and optimize our pricing models to reflect our specialized technical and consultancy value. * Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and COO, providing sophisticated revenue forecasting and market analysis. * Represent 8allocate at international roadshows and industry events, and lead in-person visits to build deep client relationships. * Own the company’s overall sales performance, ensuring pipeline progression, deal execution, and successful closure of high-value enterprise contracts. * Personally support strategic negotiations and key deal closings with C-suite stakeholders when required.
