We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of our portfolio of major international clients. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner for top market players, helping them scale their businesses through our innovative solutions.
Initially, you will manage a portfolio of up to 15 high-value accounts. This focused approach allows for deep analytical dives, the cultivation of high-trust relationships, and the qualitative growth of each partner. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Growth & Development: Serve as the primary point of contact for our VIP partners. We expect a proactive approach: crafting individual growth strategies, identifying Up-sell opportunities, and introducing new products to maximize revenue. You will position yourself as a trusted expert capable of handling everything from operational nuances to high-level contract renegotiations. * Lifecycle Management: Lead clients through every stage of the journey—from onboarding (compliance oversight, commercial and legal negotiations) to daily high-level communication. * Executive Presence: Conduct regular status meetings with client top management to review performance, align on future roadmaps, and strengthen long-term business ties. * Analytics & Monitoring: Perform daily monitoring of key performance indicators (e.g., Approval Rate, conversion metrics) using dashboards like Grafana or Power BI. Collaborate with Analytics and Conversion teams to proactively resolve issues and optimize traffic quality. * Voice of the Merchant: Translate the needs of key clients into actionable insights for our Product and Development teams, ensuring critical features for scaling are prioritized. * Cross-functional Coordination: Synchronize technical and operational departments to ensure rapid turnaround on client requests. You will be responsible for monitoring deadlines and internal task execution. * Service Quality: Implement interaction metrics and gather product/service feedback (NPS/CSAT) to continuously refine our service delivery. * Ambassadorship: Represent the company at major international trade shows and travel abroad for face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders.
Our Expectations: * Experience: 3+ years of commercial experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Sales within B2B product environments. * Industry Expertise: Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred, as is a strong background or direct experience in the Fintech industry. * The Big Plus: Deep understanding of Payment Processing, Acquiring, or E-commerce flows. Practical experience with Crypto payments and digital assets. Knowledge of regional payment methods (APMs) and the global payments landscape. * Language Proficiency: Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate) is mandatory; you will communicate with global decision-makers daily. * Sales Mindset: A proven track record of expanding partnerships, driving up-selling, and maximizing account value. * Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and strong analytical capabilities. * Personal Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
