G-MOS (g-mos.com) is a SaaS platform that helps businesses scale Google Ads through automation. We’re looking for a Sales Manager who can own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. What you’ll do * Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → outreach → qualification → demo → closing * Build and manage outbound pipelines (cold calls, email, LinkedIn outreach) * Define and refine ICP, lead lists, and segmentation * Run discovery and qualification calls, identify decision-makers and real needs * Conduct product demos and guide prospects through the buying decision * Close deals and work with the team on smooth onboarding handoff * Continuously test and improve messaging, sequences, and conversion rates * Maintain accurate CRM data and report on pipeline and revenue
What we’re looking for * 2+ years of experience in sales / business development * Proven experience running a full outbound sales cycle * Strong skills in: * Email outreach; * LinkedIn prospecting; * Discovery & closing conversations; * Experience with cold calling would be a plus. * English B2+ (speaking & writing) * Understanding of Google Ads / PPC — strong plus * Comfortable working remotely, independently, and with ownership
