We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our products, monitoring product conversion rates, and leading communication with our marketing partners and affiliate managers to drive growth and improve performance. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing market trends and ensuring continuous product improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and affiliate teams, to achieve business objectives and optimize the user experience.

Responsibilities:
— Analyze the online gambling market and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
— Track and analyze key performance metrics (LTV, CPA, CR, ROI) to optimize marketing efforts and product performance.
— Communicate with affiliate managers and marketing partners, ensuring the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions.
— Participate in preparing entry into new markets, and understanding market trends and demands
— Oversee the implementation of product changes and innovations based on user behavior analysis and marketing insights.
— Collaborate with development and design teams to introduce new features that enhance the user experience.
— Manage content across projects, ensuring its quality and relevance to marketing goals.
Requirements:
— At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager within the online gambling industry.
— Understanding of key product metrics (conversion rates, LTV, ARPU, ROI) and experience with affiliate marketing.
— Proven experience in working with marketing and affiliate partners.
— Deep knowledge of online gambling products and industry trends.
— Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency for effective communication with international partners.
— Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Smartlook, Google Analytics) to monitor user behavior and drive product decisions.
