About The Position We are looking for a Recruitment Lead who combines strong people management skills with hands-on recruitment expertise. This role owns the recruitment function end-to-end from team leadership and process management to active involvement in hiring, client communication, and offer stages. You will act as both a team leader and a senior recruiter, supporting recruiters in complex cases, working directly with clients, and ensuring a high-quality hiring experience on both candidate and client sides. What makes you a great fit * 5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience * Proven experience leading or mentoring recruiters * Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment * Experience working with ATS systems * Upper-Intermediate or higher English (spoken and written) * Experience working directly with clients and stakeholders * Confidence in offer discussions and candidate negotiations * Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills * Experience in outstaffing companies is a strong advantage

Your day-to-day in this position * Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5 recruiters * Set OKRs, KPIs, and performance standards for the recruitment team * Provide continuous feedback, guidance, and recruitment recommendations * Actively participate in recruitment for key or complex roles * Work directly with clients: clarify requirements, align expectations, and manage hiring processes * Support and participate in offer-stage activities, including offer calls and negotiations * Oversee and optimize ATS operations (pipelines, statuses, data quality, reporting) * Ensure consistent recruitment standards and best practices across the team * Support recruiters with candidate evaluation, interview feedback, and hiring decision-making * Track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement
