We are a flat organization where empowered professionals are trusted to design the future of global trading.
About your Role You will join our QA function to safeguard a security-sensitive FinTech product where correctness, traceability, and release confidence are the standard, not a goal. Working in a team of 6 QA Engineers with a Team Lead and partnering closely with Engineering and Product, you will own manual quality across web applications: turning requirements and user stories into high-signal test design, executing risk-based regression and UAT, and validating critical transaction behavior across browsers, platforms, and environments. The core challenge is to detect failure modes that don’t show up in happy-path checks: payment flow breaks, status transition inconsistencies, auth/session issues, and client-server edge cases, then report them with the level of evidence and clarity that enables fast, reliable fixes and stable releases.
You Have — 3+ years of commercial, hands-on experience as a Manual QA Engineer focused on web applications, including functional, regression, smoke/sanity, exploratory testing, UAT, and cross-browser/cross-platform validation. — Mandatory experience in FinTech projects (payments/banking/crypto/blockchain), with practical understanding of transaction-oriented product behavior and quality risks in regulated or security-conscious systems. — End-to-end QA lifecycle ownership: test planning, test design, documentation, execution, defect tracking, and transparent reporting with strong QA process discipline. — Strong client-server fundamentals and tooling: deep knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS and REST (status codes, headers, cookies), plus hands-on API testing in Postman (collections/environments/variables) and confident use of Chrome DevTools for investigation and evidence gathering. — Professional-grade quality hygiene: excellent defect reporting (severity vs. priority, reproducible steps, logs/screenshots/video evidence), experience with TestRail and cross-browser platforms (e.g., BrowserStack), and daily work with Git and the Atlassian stack (Jira/Confluence), including SQL query usage for validation.
Good to Have — Hands-on automation exposure using Cypress or Selenium, including practical XPath/CSS selector work. — Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (read and adjust test code where needed). — Solid relational database background (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) beyond basics, plus experience validating data using SQL in real systems.
What We Offer — Remote-First Flexibility: We operate fully remotely and offer a global and cross-functional environment. — Ownership & Impact: A chance to own the ideas and make an impact on professional organizational growth. — A Flat Organization: We foster a collaborative culture, and you will have the freedom to voice your ideas. — Wellbeing: Well-balanced leave allowance (paid vacation, sick leave, public holidays, etc.) and a supportive culture that values every employee.
