We’re looking for a Middle Marketing Manager to execute and scale our brand presence across content, storytelling, personal brands, PR, and YouTube.
This role is strongly focused on high-quality messaging, narratives, and content that drives positioning and demand — not just output.
You will work under the guidance of a Senior Marketer, collaborate closely with a copywriter, and work with the internal team to turn our positioning into clear stories, strong copy, and consistent execution across channels.
This role is hands-on, creative, and ownership-driven, with a strong emphasis on thinking, writing, and shaping narratives. Key Responsibilities LinkedIn & Content * Own LinkedIn as a core channel (company page + key personal profiles) * Translate brand positioning and business goals into clear narratives, strong angles, and compelling copy * Define content strategy, storytelling frameworks, and messaging * Create high-quality written content personally and/or guide copywriter under your supervision * Ensure consistency in tone of voice, positioning, and storytelling across all content * Collaborate with the Sales team on lead generation through LinkedIn content
Personal Branding * Develop and scale personal brands of founders and key experts * Work on positioning, narratives, and content formats * Look for the opportunities on international markets for key brands
YouTube * Manage and grow the company YouTube channel * Define content ideas, formats, and topics * Coordinate production (scripts, recording, publishing)
PR & Media * Work with industry media, podcasts, and platforms * Pitch topics, secure interviews, and publications * Support expert positioning of the company and founders
Analytics & Performance * Track performance across channels (LinkedIn, content, partnerships, YouTube, PR) * Analyze metrics, identify patterns, and draw conclusions * Turn data into insights and actionable improvements
Requirements Must-have * 3+ years of marketing experience in IT / tech companies / recruiting * Fluent English (spoken and written) * Strong copywriting and storytelling skills * Portfolio of content or texts: * created personally or * created by copywriters/content creators under your leadership * Experience managing or developing a YouTube channel * Experience with personal brand development * PR experience (media relations, interviews, publications) * Strong analytical skills and performance tracking mindset
