Responsibilities: * Investigating production issues in collaboration with development teams. * Applying configuration changes based on customer requests. * Utilizing modern logging and monitoring tools. * Communicating with the client’s customer support via chat and email. * Tracking production incidents and suggesting improvements. * Collaborating with the client’s customer support team. * Working closely with development and QA teams. * Troubleshooting web applications using tools like Kibana and Grafana. * Managing defects through the operational workflow. * Handling configuration changes.
Requirements: * Experience in troubleshooting web applications. * Basic knowledge of Linux. * Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or similar. * Strong communication skills. * Upper-intermediate level of English.
Nice to have: * Experience with Bash, Python, Postman, SQL, Jira. * Experience with both frontend and backend troubleshooting. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * A self-starter who can work independently.
