As our team grows, we are looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us build strong teams and support company culture while our HR function scales. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from sourcing candidates to offer signing and onboarding support. * Work closely with hiring managers to gather requirements and create accurate, attractive job descriptions. * Search and attract candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, DOU, and Djinni. * Conduct candidate screening and in-depth interviews, evaluating technical skills, motivation, soft skills, and cultural fit. * Build and maintain recruitment pipelines and hiring analytics; track hiring performance and recruitment metrics. * Communicate effectively with technical candidates, understanding modern tech stacks and IT terminology. * Suggest and implement new hiring strategies and improvements to recruitment processes. * Support onboarding and maintain positive candidate and employee experience. * Help maintain internal team engagement initiatives and internal communications. * ⚙ Support basic HR operations while the HR department structure is being built.
Requirements * Experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition. * Good understanding of modern software development roles and technologies. * Ability to communicate confidently with technical specialists. * ❤️ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Empathy and ability to understand candidate motivation and personality traits. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. * Interest in improving recruitment processes and implementing new approaches. * Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a growing environment.
Would Be a Strong Plus * Background or education in psychology or HR-related fields. * Experience implementing recruitment analytics or HR funnels. * Experience building HR processes from scratch in growing companies. * Experience organizing internal engagement or culture activities. * English level B2+
