We are looking for a super star to join working on an Australian enterprise fin tech & compliance software in development for 2 years with a big code base searching for an experienced engineer to join our team, deliver and iterate together using a well defined and managed roadmap and have a direct impact on the project yourself. You will do both frontend and backend and AI parts for new features together with our great exiting team.
Skills and Experience:
— At least 2+ years of commercial experience with Python and React; — Python stack: FastAPI/PostgreSQL/SQLAlchemy/Asyncio/Poetry — HTML/CSS — React stack: React/Tailwind/React Query or altertenatively confidence with other React tech stacks — LLM integrations and prompt engineering / OpenAI or Gemini SDKs — Write type-safe and robust code. Type checkers and commit hooks. — Proficiency in using Git for version control; — Understanding of GOF, SOLID, Dependency Injection, Clean Architecture principles, Modular Monoliths; — Linux/Bash/Docker; — ☕ Conversational English (You can share your thoughts clearly and correctly in English, write good and clean documentation). Inernal communication could be happening in Ukrainian/Russian. — Experience with CI/CD tools for automatic deployment; — GCP or AWS expirience. Can deploy backends, queues and databases on your own, know what services to use and when;
