We are a fast-growing FinTech Holding operating in the online payments industry (PSP). Our mission is to develop and expand advanced payment solutions across global markets — from Europe to Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
We are now looking for a Business Development & Partnership Manager to help us launch and grow our PSP operations in new and fast-emerging regions. In this role, you will explore markets from the ground up — analyze local payment ecosystems, identify opportunities, and build strong partnerships with providers, merchants, and contractors.

You will play a key role in expanding our PSP solution into new geographies, ensuring market readiness and establishing strategic relationships with local partners.
This position combines market research, business development, and partnership management — perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, hands-on environments.
Key Responsibilities * Conduct deep market research and analysis to identify opportunities for PSP expansion. * Explore and evaluate payment landscapes in target countries (methods, limits, regulations, competition). * Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with local payment providers, merchants, and agents. * Negotiate commercial terms and develop mutually beneficial cooperation models. * Define and oversee operational setup — including fund flow, settlements, and local storage of funds. * Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key partners. Provide regular market insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making. * Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Compliance, Finance) to ensure successful market entry and scaling. * Travel to target regions and actively build relationships with local partners and stakeholders. * Represent the company at industry events and conferences to expand the business network.
Requirements * 3+ years of Business Development experience in PSP — is a must. * Strong understanding of international payments, PSP integrations, and local payment ecosystems. * Proven experience in launching and managing payment solutions in Tier 3 markets (with focus on LATAM, Africa, and Asia-Pacific). * Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills. * Strong relationship-building abilities with external partners and internal teams. * English — Upper-Intermediate or higher. * Proactive, independent mindset and readiness to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
