About the Role
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager / Director of Content Marketing to own and scale our content strategy as we launch and grow a new product.
Depending on your experience, this role can be shaped as: * a hands-on Content Marketing Manager who builds the content engine from scratch, or * a Director of Content Marketing who defines vision, positioning, and long-term content-led growth.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market narrative, attracting ICPs, engaging them across the funnel, and positioning Revenue Grid as a thought leader in the sales tech and revenue intelligence space.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking, strong execution, and deep understanding of modern search (SEO, AEO, LLM-driven discovery) and knows how to turn insights into scalable storytelling.
What You’ll Do * Own and execute the end-to-end content marketing strategy for a B2B SaaS product launch * Build a scalable content engine that supports awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement * Create and oversee high-impact content across formats: blog posts, landing pages, guides, playbooks; video scripts, product walkthroughs, email sequences; gated assets, reports, and partner content * Research competitors (e.g. Gong, Clari, SalesLoft, Outreach) and identify clear positioning and differentiation opportunities * Lead SEO strategy, adapting it to evolving search behavior, including AI-powered search, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), LLM discovery (ChatGPT, AI assistants, etc.) * Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, RevOps, and Leadership to align messaging, timing, and GTM priorities * Track content performance, optimize based on data, and report on content-driven growth and impact * Build and manage a content calendar and production workflows that can scale with the business
What We’re Looking For * 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing * Proven experience building and scaling content strategies from scratch * Strong hands-on expertise in SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, and AI/LLM-driven search (AEO) * Excellent writing and editing skills in English * Solid understanding of content automation, workflows, and performance measurement * Strategic mindset with the ability to execute — you can both set direction and get things done * Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Revenue teams * Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, ChatGPT, ContentSquare (or similar)
Nice to have (especially for Director level): * Experience leading or mentoring content teams * Strong ownership of messaging, positioning, and narrative at company or product level * Background in sales tech, RevOps, or AI-driven products
