Your Role: * Create and scale performance creatives for paid channels that drive measurable results (CPA, ROAS, LTV). * Generate hypotheses, not just ideas, based on data, trends, and audience insights. * Brief designers and UGC creators with clear concepts, scripts, and references. * Deeply understand user psychology and speak the audience’s language. * Own the creative cycle from idea to final asset. * Analyze results and find connections between creatives and metrics. * Collaborate closely with User Acquisition and Creative Marketing Design teams. * Grow as a T-shaped specialist in a highly autonomous team.
About You: * Strong curiosity to understand why creatives work, not just whether they perform. * Cause-and-effect thinking with a focus on business impact and data-driven decisions. * Strong understanding of performance metrics and user behavior. * Confident in copywriting, scripting, and briefing creatives. * Analytical, proactive, and business-oriented mindset. * English B1+ (you’ll be writing for native-speaking audiences). * Able to work autonomously and taking ownership.
