We are looking for an SMM & PR Specialist who will help us grow PWApps’ presence across industry-specific platforms where our core audience lives: media buyers, affiliate marketers, gambling affiliate team owners.
Your mission is to build visibility, trust, and demand through social media, communities, and PR placements.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the company’s social media and Telegram channels, including content planning, writing posts, stories, case studies, and polls, engaging with the audience, moderating comments, and growing the subscriber base both organically and through paid placements and collaborations.
* Researching and selecting relevant platforms for promotion, including Telegram channels, forums, communities, and niche chats.
* Building and executing a media plan by selecting channels and platforms, estimating placement costs, negotiating with channel owners and admins, and managing budgets and publishing schedules.
* Developing and implementing a long-term PR and SMM strategy in close collaboration with the CEO and the Sales team.
* Measuring performance by tracking traffic, registrations, leads, conversions, and ROI, as well as preparing regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in SMM and/or PR, preferably in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or related niches.
* Experience in the iGaming vertical is a strong advantage but not strictly required.
* Understanding of traffic types such as push, pop, native, PWA, in-app, and cloaking, as well as the specifics of how media buyers operate in the gambling space, is a significant plus.
* Strong negotiation and outreach skills, including experience with placements, barter deals, and partnerships.
* Experience working with creative tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar will be considered an advantage.
* A high level of independence, proactivity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-load environment.
* Confident use of Telegram, including channel management, bots, and chats, along with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Telegram analytics.
* Familiarity with Amplitude or Mixpanel will be a plus.
