Responsibilities: * Support and guidance for related teams (Business Development, Legal) during onboarding to banks and payment systems (e-commerce projects, crypto businesses) * Preparing and coordinating responses to bank’ and payment system’ inquiries regarding transactions, chargebacks, anti-fraud, and user complaints * Participation in the development of new and updating existing AML / Anti-Fraud policies, compliance procedures, and internal regulations (including high-risk fintech projects) * Replying to VISA/Mastercard requests
Professional Qualifications: * Work experience in banks and/or licensed payment service providers (PSPs) providing acquiring services to high-risk merchants. * Experience in developing AML and Anti-Fraud policies for internationally available financial institutions * Practical experience working with high-risk business: crypto, gambling, forex, e-wallets etc. * Understanding VISA / Mastercard rules and programs * Experience with chargebacks * Understanding and experience of application for PCI DSS * Knowledge of KYC, KYB, AML procedures and requirements * Ability to analyze transaction data and risks in it * Experience in participating in penalty cases, audits, investigations, TLD * At least Upper-intermediate level of English
