We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our team and work with international clients in the crypto and digital assets space. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, licensing, and legal support under MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation) and related international frameworks.
You will work closely with founders, compliance teams, and regulators, providing practical legal solutions in a fast-growing and high-risk industry. Key Responsibilities * Advise clients on MiCA requirements and other EU crypto regulations * Support crypto licensing and authorization processes (CASPs, VASPs) * Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including policies, terms, and agreements * Provide legal support on cross-border crypto operations and international regulatory matters * Monitor regulatory changes in the EU and globally and assess their impact on clients * Cooperate with compliance, risk, and business teams * Communicate with regulators, counterparties, and external advisors when required
Requirements * Degree in Law * 2+ years of experience in international law, financial regulation, fintech, or crypto * Strong knowledge of MiCA and EU regulatory framework for crypto assets * Experience working with crypto projects, exchanges, wallets, or blockchain businesses * Understanding of AML/KYC requirements related to digital assets * Excellent English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus * Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
