Right now, we’re looking for a Business Analyst (Power BI) to join our Business Operations team to help build, scale, and maintain management analytics that directly impact business decisions.
Key Responsibilities: * Power BI Ownership: Develop and maintain dashboards, manage user access, configure refresh schedules, gateways, and implement data privacy and performance optimization. * SQL & Python Automation: Write and optimize SQL scripts, automate reporting and data workflows using Python, Power Query, and build API-based scripts. * Data Streaming & Real-Time Systems: Create systems for automated streaming and real-time data processing. * Business Analysis & Collaboration: Analyze business processes, test hypotheses, prepare ad-hoc reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve reporting. * User Support & Documentation: Provide Power BI support, improve existing reports based on user feedback, and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / BI Analyst / Data Analyst * Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, tenant administration) * Solid SQL skills (DDL/DML, query optimization) * Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes * Experience working with large datasets and business metrics to drive business decisions * Proactive, initiative-driven, deep-dive approach to data analysis and problem solving * Comfortable working from an office (if based in Prague) * English level B1 or higher
Nice to have: * Python * Experience with API integrations * Knowledge of marketing analytics
