Responsibilities: * Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and industry benchmarks to attract high-calibre executive talents * Utilise a variety of sourcing methods including direct search, networking, industry events, and online platforms to identify potential candidates * Lead the end-to-end executive recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, transparency, and professionalism * Build and maintain a strong network of executive candidates through ongoing relationship management * Develop and maintain talent maps for key positions of the company, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs * Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies * Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership * Use data-driven insights and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes
Requirements: * 4+ years of proven experience in recruitment with expertise hiring for executive level positions * Strong understanding of leadership assessment, and industry-specific talent acquisition strategies * Strong understanding of executive search methodologies, tools, and best practices * Expertise hiring on international markets * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment technologies * Excellent written and verbal English skills
