About the role We are seeking a Middle/Senior Python Developer to build reliable, high-quality software that delivers thoughtful and engaging user experiences. This role plays a key part in shaping integrations and core functionality, with strong ownership from design through delivery. You’ll collaborate in a remote-first environment while applying solid engineering principles, attention to detail, and a quality-driven mindset. It’s an opportunity to grow within an Agile setup that values initiative, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
Must haves ● 5+ years of development experience in Python; ● Hands-on experience with Docker; ● A strong sense of ownership and willingness to overcome every integration with the same level of energy, regardless of the complexity or the end goal; ● Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g. Github, Slack, JIRA); ● A passion for delightful user experiences; ● A deep sense of quality and attention to detail; ● Strong software engineering foundation and experience; ● Upper-intermediate English level.
