We are now strengthening our recruitment function and are looking for a Team Lead Recruiter who can go beyond closing vacancies and build a strong, predictable, and scalable hiring system.
Responsibilities & Scope: * ead the recruitment team (recruiters / sourcers): task setting, prioritization, quality and deadline control. * ull-cycle recruitment across key business areas: iGaming (Affiliate, Marketing, Product, Tech, Operations, Payments, and more). * articipation in hiring strategy development together with business stakeholders and top management. * lose collaboration with hiring managers: * requirement intake * accurate role calibration * end-to-end support until offer acceptance and candidate onboarding. * onitoring and improving hiring metrics (time to hire, funnel performance, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire). * mplementation and optimization of recruitment processes: funnels, interview frameworks, candidate experience. * eam development: onboarding, mentoring, and professional growth of recruiters. * orking with ATS (PeopleForce), recruitment analytics, and reporting. * ctive involvement in employer branding (LinkedIn, Telegram, market communication).
Our Expectations: * –5+ years of recruitment experience, including experience as a Team Lead / Recruitment Lead / Senior Recruiter with leadership responsibilities. * andatory experience hiring for iGaming / Gambling / Digital / IT product companies. * bility to handle complex and high-volume hiring simultaneously. * trong understanding of the iGaming market and candidate landscape. * ata-driven approach to recruitment (funnel management, metrics, analytics), not intuition-based hiring. * xcellent communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships with the business.
