We’re a product-led IT company with 10+ years of experience building and scaling our own products in the dating space.
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Guru (Meta & TikTok) who can own paid social acquisition end-to-end — from testing and scaling to creative iteration and profitability. You’ll be working with complex campaign structures, large datasets, and real budgets, making decisions that directly impact growth and revenue.
This role is for someone who lives inside Meta and TikTok, stays ahead of platform changes, actively experiments with new formats, hooks, and angles, and moves fast without waiting for step-by-step guidance. If you’re comfortable with ambiguity, enjoy testing at scale, and think in terms of ROI, LTV, and creative velocity, you’ll feel right at home.
Requirements
* 5+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok (Snapchat — a plus, but not required), with clear proof of scaling and performance impact; experience in the dating industry is a strong plus
* Strong understanding of value-based optimization, including Maximum Value and ROAS-driven strategies
* Solid experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Keitaro (or comparable tracking and attribution tools)
* Ability to stay ahead of platform changes, automation features, and emerging targeting approaches in paid social
* Advanced knowledge of UTM structures, automation rules, feeds, and API integrations
* A strong mix of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to test, iterate, and ship independently
* Upper-Intermediate English or higher, comfortable working in an international environment
Working conditions & perks

* Compensation: $5,000—$7,000 gross + revenue share tied to performance
* Paid time off: 2 weeks of paid vacation per year

* Working schedule: Sunday—Thursday, 10:00 AM — 7:00 PM (Israel time)
