JayJay School is an international online education platform with a strong presence in Indonesia and active expansion into the German market. We are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales (B2C) who will take full ownership of our sales direction, build and lead a high-performing team, and deliver predictable, scalable growth.
This is a key leadership role with a direct impact on the company’s success.
Responsibilities: * Build, scale, and lead the B2C sales department for the Indonesian and/or German markets * Hire, train, motivate, and develop sales teams * Work with warm inbound leads generated by marketing funnels * Create and optimize sales scripts, processes, KPIs, and performance metrics * Ensure consistent achievement of sales goals * Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management * Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams to improve conversion rates * Implement and maintain CRM processes and structured sales pipelines
Requirements: * Proven experience as Head of Sales / Sales Team Lead / Business Trainer (B2C) * Strong background in building sales teams from scratch * Deep understanding of ethical, consultative sales * Data-driven and strategic mindset * Achiever mindset with strong ownership and accountability * Hands-on experience with CRM systems
Market & language specifics:
Indonesia market: * English level B2 or higher
Germany market: * German level B2 or higher * English level B1 or higher * Big plus: experience working and communicating with German clients
Nice to have: * Experience in EdTech, online education, or subscription-based products * Scaling sales in fast-growing startups * Understanding of marketing funnels and collaboration with performance marketing teams
