We are looking for a Video Editor to join our client’s affiliate marketing team and support the rapid production of short-form video ads across major social platforms. This is a production-first role, not a cinematic or high-production editing position.
Responsibilities * High-Volume Video Editing * Edit 30+ short-form videos per day (100+ per week) for paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube. * Rapidly cut, resize, caption, and export videos optimized for performance, not polish. * Trend & Platform Awareness * Apply current social media trends, hooks, formats, captions, and pacing styles to maximize engagement and conversion. * Adapt edits quickly based on performance feedback and creative testing results. * Speed, Consistency & Quality Control * Manage multiple editing tasks simultaneously under tight daily deadlines. * Maintain consistent formatting, branding, and quality while working at scale. * Team Collaboration * Work closely with the Creative Director and creative team to execute ad concepts efficiently. * Take clear direction and feedback, iterate quickly, and support ongoing creative testing. * Growth & Production Support * Start with editing-focused responsibilities, with the opportunity to assist in: * Pre-production planning * In-house ad production * Field production when needed
Requirements * Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience * Proven ability to work in high-volume production environments * Required: Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro * Preferred: Experience with DaVinci Resolve * Experience editing short-form content for paid social ads is a strong plus * Ability to work quickly without sacrificing basic quality standards * Strong organizational skills and comfort with repetitive production tasks
Working Details * Schedule: Monday—Friday, 40 hours per week minimum * Industry: Affiliate Marketing / Paid Social Advertising * Content Style: Low-production, scrappy, performance-focused (not cinematic) * 15 business days of paid time off, 20 — after 2 years, 11 days of National Holidays * Equipment provided * English classes
