As we rapidly expand globally, we’re looking for a Commissions Specialist to join our Revenue Operations Team. In this role, you will be the key driver of commission accuracy and transparency. You will collaborate closely with other departments, including Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting, to maintain clear and timely commission processes and support Ideals’ sustained revenue growth.
You will have an opportunity to participate in related projects, such as refining calculation methodology, redesigning commission policies, and driving other pilot initiatives.
You will report directly to the Data Quality and Commissions Team Lead, Denys Koretskyi. What you will do * Calculate sales commissions for sales professionals across various countries and sales verticals * Collaborate with the sales team and address their commission-related questions * Perform data analysis for tactical decisions, reporting, and commission documentation tracking * Support and enhance current commission processes, and offer insights to the leadership team * Maintain and update documentation for commission processes, ensuring clarity and compliance * Lead projects and pilot initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement in operations
What you bring * 2–4 years of experience in a similar role as Payroll / Billing / Account Receivable / Sales Ops * Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets * Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) to collaborate with cross-functional teams * Experience of working with CRM * Excellent analytical and system skills, with the ability to work through complex data and maintain high attention to detail * Strong self-organization skills and the ability to deliver results independently
