The Fourth Law / TFL / Четвертий Закон is an autonomous robotics company focused on solving massively scalable autonomy for defensive FPV drones. Responsibilities: * Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future roles; * Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social recruiting; * Collaborate with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies; * Track recruitment metrics and optimize conversion rates; * Promote our employer brand both online and offline; * Maintain and update candidate databases via ATS system; * Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and decision-making.
Requirements: * 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer with proven success; * Expertise in sourcing tools, techniques, and market trends; * Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken); * Strong organizational and communication skills; * Hands-on experience with ATS systems, recruiting software, and Excel for reporting.
