Who we are looking for: We are reinforcing the non-technical aspect within our company and are actively seeking an individual with a robust background in editorial and SMM. This person should be adept at editorial & social media development, proficient in articulating and defending strategies, posing challenging inquiries, and ideally, familiar with Twitch and Esports realms. The team is working on two main projects: * streamscharts.com — streaming analytics * escharts.com — esports analytics
We need a person who will become our Head of Media, improve processes and help projects grow. What will be the areas of responsibility: * Media strategy development and implementation with a focus on further monetization (for news sections and socials); * Devising and delivering editorial & social media strategies for all our main projects; * Contribute to the content marketing channels, including maintaining the company’s social media and community presence; * Work with the company’s editors to set and build toward meaningful editorial targets; * Supervise and develop the skills of an editorial team; * Work with our editors to craft content plans that target meaningful readership growth; * Track and analyze site data to facilitate informed editorial decision-making; * Manage, maintain and develop editorial processes; * SMM team management; * Tracking trends in the esports & streaming industry.
Pretty cool if you have: * Understanding esports & streaming analytics metrics; * Experience working with clients and partners on special projects; * Experience working with email newsletters; * More than 3 years of proven experience as Lead Editor / Head of SMM; * Experience and understanding of SEO and content marketing; * Fantastic presentation & reporting skills: your presentations on complex things will be understood by everyone; * Excellent knowledge of English (C1-C2); * Strong leadership skills and you care about what you do; * You watch Twitch, understand the difference between LEC and LCS, and know that The Last of Us is not just a series.
