Today we are at the stage of scaling and we want outbound marketing to become one of the key forces of our growth. That’s why we are looking for a Marketing Strategist (B2B) — a person who doesn’t just do campaigns, but thinks in terms of hypotheses, systems, and results.
Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing (in IT or consulting (IT)) * Experience in IT outsourcing/outstaff companies is require * Practical experience with the US market (cold outreach, ABM) * Experience in launching outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, cold messaging * Confident knowledge of tools: Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, similar * Ability to create effective outbound sequences, conduct A/B tests and analytics * English level — C1 (Advanced); fluent in Ukrainian
Will be a plus: * Experience in HealthTech or other regulated industries * Working with CRM systems: HubSpot or similar
Responsibilities: * Development and implementation of outbound marketing strategy (tools, messages, sequences) * Building Account-Based Marketing campaigns (lists, personalization, value propositions) * Formation, testing and scaling of hypotheses for campaigns * Creation of materials for outbound communications: email templates, landing pages, presentations * Optimization of key metrics: open rate, reply rate, conversion to call * Collaboration with the sales team to coordinate campaigns and transfer MQL * Work with contractors to manage the tactical execution of campaigns, ensuring high quality and alignment with strategy
