We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience as a B2B Sales Manager. * Strong skills in product presentation and communicating value propositions to partners. * Deep understanding of the market, client needs, and decision-making motivations. * Ability to work effectively with large volumes of information, quickly analyze and structure data. * Confident and clear communication skills — both in messengers and during online and offline meetings. * English at B2+ level. * Understanding of the iGaming business model and industry specifics is a plus. * Independent, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Key Responsibilities: * Build long-term partnerships and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction and retention. * Represent the company in partner meetings, calls, and business trips. * Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, deal closing, and smooth partner onboarding. * Develop and grow partner portfolios through regular communication, preventing disengagement and identifying growth opportunities. * Analyze partner performance and products to propose new offers, geographies, formats, and upsell opportunities. * Maintain a transparent and well-structured sales pipeline (CRM, follow-ups, deadlines, forecasting). * Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored partner solutions. * Manage documentation and ensure all agreements and related tasks are completed end-to-end. * Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to proactively adapt sales strategies. * Take a proactive, results-driven approach to increasing conversions, partner engagement, and revenue growth in the iGaming space.
