About the Project The project is a product-focused AdTech platform that delivers a journey-based approach to advertising, combining media planning, execution, and analytics within one unified system. As the infrastructure continues to scale, we are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to help design and operate reliable, secure, and high-performance production environments.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will act as a subject matter expert across Linux, Windows Server, VMware, and Kubernetes. You will design, maintain, automate, and scale hybrid infrastructure supporting global operations. What You’ll Do * Administer Linux and Windows Server environments (performance, availability, security) * Manage and optimize VMware and other virtualization platforms * Support on-premise, co-located, and hybrid infrastructure * Deploy, operate, and scale Kubernetes clusters in production * Support container platforms (Docker, Containerd) * Design and implement infrastructure and network automation * Develop automation tools using Go, Python, or similar languages * Improve deployment pipelines, monitoring, and CI/CD workflows * Administer and optimize MySQL databases (performance, backups, availability) * Apply ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management * Document processes, share knowledge, and mentor peers * Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, DBA, and Networking teams
What We’re Looking For * Extensive experience in Systems Engineering / Infrastructure Administration * Strong expertise in Linux and Windows Server * VMware administration and configuration experience * Experience managing complex on-premise and co-located environments * Proficiency in Go or Python for automation * Hands-on DevOps experience (CI/CD, monitoring, configuration management) * Production experience with Kubernetes * Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) * MySQL administration experience * ITIL Foundations certification (v3 or v4) * English and Ukrainian languages at Upper Intermediate level or higher
