We’re building a strong inbound revenue engine and looking for a hands-on Sales Marketing Specialist to own lead generation, email marketing, and HubSpot operations. This role works closely with Sales and RevOps to generate qualified inbound leads and consistently support first-sale deals.
Responsibilities * Build and execute SEO-driven inbound content focused on high-intent, revenue keywords * Create and optimize blog posts, landing pages, lead magnets, and solution/comparison pages * Own email marketing: nurture sequences, sales support, re-engagement, and campaign flows * Segment audiences and optimize for replies, meetings, and lead-to-sales conversion * Own HubSpot Marketing Hub setup: properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, and lists * Activate and monetize the contact database through lifecycle-based automation * Align with sales on lead qualification, handoff, and sales readiness signals * Track and report on inbound leads, pipeline, and revenue contribution
Requirements * 3+ years in B2B inbound or revenue marketing * Strong hands-on experience with email marketing * Proven ability to generate leads through SEO content * Solid experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and marketing automation * Revenue-focused mindset with understanding of funnel and conversions
