About the Role
Elogic is looking for a Business Analyst with Product Ownership experience to reinforce the delivery team and take a key role in shaping, documenting, and supporting complex eCommerce solutions for international clients. You will work at the intersection of business, UX, and engineering—translating business ideas into clear, scalable requirements and supporting delivery end-to-end.
Your Mission
To drive clarity and alignment across stakeholders and delivery teams by owning high-quality documentation, structuring requirements, and ensuring smooth execution across discovery and implementation phases for eCommerce solutions and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Own, maintain, and evolve BRD/FRD and related technical & integration documentation
* Partner closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, QA, and development teams
* Participate in discovery phases, UX workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
* Convert business requirements into structured, actionable tasks for delivery teams
* Work with system integrations (ERP, PIM, CRM, payments, search, personalization)
* Improve and scale delivery processes through consistent, high-quality documentation
* Contribute to initiatives around AI, personalization, and intelligent search (where applicable)
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience as a Business/Technical Analyst and Product Owner in (must-have)
* Practical experience in eCommerce projects
* Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Magento / Adobe Commerce is a strong plus)
* Hands-on experience with integrations (ERP, PIM, CRM, payment systems, search, personalization)
* Solid grasp of web solution architecture, APIs, and data flows
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (planning, refinement/grooming)
* English level: B2—C1

* Experience with AI, personalization, or intelligent search initiatives
* Familiarity with tools/solutions like Adobe Sensei, Algolia, Klevu, Hawksearch
* Background in enterprise-level solutions and/or large US-oriented eCommerce projects
