Your responsibilities: * Build and improve high-performing user flows tailored to each acquisition channel * Own the full cycle of web funnel development — from concept and launch to iteration and scaling * Lead conversion rate optimization across key digital touchpoints (website, landing pages, funnels) * Drive structured experimentation (A/B tests, messaging, UX, and funnel iterations) to increase conversion and reduce user friction * Use analytics to track funnel performance, identify drop-off points, and prioritize improvements based on impact * Collaborate closely with User Acquisition and Creative teams to ensure seamless, high-performing customer journeys * Partner with Developers, Designers, and Copywriters to bring ideas to life fast and with high quality
Your skills: * 2+ years as a Growth Manager, CRO Specialist, or Product Marketing Manager (experience with B2C apps is a plus) * You understand how to build high-converting landing pages and quizzes. * Experience running A/B tests * Strong analytical skills. You can’t imagine work without tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Tableau * You don’t just generate reports; you strive to understand user psychology and business logic to influence product decisions
How we get things done? We are remote-first, but we also have offices in Ukraine and in Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix and match if you prefer.
