We are looking for a hands-on Product Leader to build our product function from the ground up. You will be the bridge between high-level business strategy and day-to-day execution. You will not just manage a backlog; you will define how we build product, hire the future team, and directly influence the company’s trajectory. Why is this interesting? * Join a fast-growing, #1 product in its niche * Influence strategic product decisions — we actively listen to our team, so your input will directly impact functionality, user experience, and the product’s future * Operate with significant autonomy and a direct reporting line to the CEO, taking full ownership of the product strategy and lifecycle. You will oversee three cross-functional Product Teams immediately, with a strategic mandate to expand the organization to 6 teams by 2026
Your responsibilities: * Define and execute the product vision for our two-sided marketplace (clients & psychologists). Translate business goals into a concrete roadmap * Anchor the product strategy in a clear North Star Metric (NSM) and Key Value Drivers, guiding your teams to prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable business impact * Establish product development processes, discovery rituals, and tooling snacks from scratch to ensure scalability and transparency * Own the end-to-end lifecycle of all of the features, creating specs, managing releases, and analyzing data * Hire, onboard, and mentor future Product Managers. You will shape the organizational structure of the product team as we scale * Align Product, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Design teams to ensure smooth user journeys and successful feature launches
Your skills: * 6+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or “Head of” capacity * Proven experience working with B2C marketplace or consumer apps. You understand supply/demand dynamics, liquidity, and user retention * Proven track record of thoughtful, user-focused insights that have led to successful consumer product launches * You have experience setting up product processes (Agile/Scrum, Discovery, Roadmapping) from scratch in a chaotic, fast-paced environment * You are comfortable with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, GA4) and can make decisions based on data, not just gut feeling * Great English skills. You can articulate complex product decisions to stakeholders clearly * Effective communication skills, capable of articulating product decisions in alignment with business objectives
How we get things done? We are remote-first, but we also have offices in Ukraine and in Poland (Warsaw), so you can mix and match if you prefer.
