About the Product:
We support a data-intensive web platform that integrates creative assets and performance metrics across multiple advertising networks. The system ingests videos and images from various sources, applies automated tagging to extract rich feature metadata, and consolidates campaign data for analysis. On top of this analytics core, the platform delivers AI-driven insights and recommendations — highlighting best-performing elements, alerting on underperforming creatives, and enabling users to generate new assets based on historical performance data. The application handles large volumes of time-series and relational data, complex KPI calculations, and delivers near-real-time dashboards and alerts. Delivering reliable, performant queries at scale and extending the system with new end-to-end features are critical challenges that demand strong engineering expertise.
About the Role:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of key features across the entire technology stack-from data modeling and API design to user interface implementation and production monitoring. You will influence architectural decisions, contribute to building a maintainable and scalable codebase, and work in close partnership with product managers, data engineers, and AI specialists. This role requires balancing new feature development with system preservation, diagnosing and resolving complex issues in a data-heavy environment, and upholding high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation. Your contributions will directly shape the product roadmap and the experience of enterprise-level customers.
Key Responsibilities: * Design, implement, and own full-stack features from planning through deployment and monitoring. * Participate in architectural discussions to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. * Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, following established best practices. * Develop and maintain SQL queries and data models for complex, high-volume datasets. * Diagnose and resolve performance issues and system outages, driving improvements in platform reliability. * Collaborate with Product, Data, and AI teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Conduct code reviews and share knowledge to improve development workflows and team capabilities. * Implement automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end) and monitoring for critical services. * Stay current with modern technologies and propose tools or processes to enhance developer experience.
Required Competence and Skills: * 5 years of experience building, running, testing, and monitoring web applications. * Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and SQL. * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms ( GCP or AWS) and deployment pipelines. * Deep understanding of relational database design, indexing, and query optimization. * Strong testing methodology and experience with documentation and monitoring frameworks. * Ability to identify, diagnose, and fix complex issues while improving code readability and system reliability. * Excellent communication skills, self-starter mindset, and proactive organization.
Nice to Have: * Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Flux, or similar container orchestration tools. * Familiarity with DevOps and infrastructure-as-code practices. * Appreciation for clean code principles and continuous learning. * Previous work experience in early-stage startups or rapidly evolving environments.
