The team The Business Development team consists of 9 team members in marketing, account management, and tech backgrounds. How many stages are there in the interview process? Interview with the Recruiter — up to 30 minutes Interview with the Head of Customer Success — up to 1 hour
Requirements: — 4+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or related positions; — Advanced level of English; — Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal; — Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders (managing client expectations and resolving conflicts); — Understanding of software development processes and the technology industry; — Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; — Excellent organizational skills and selling abilities (prioritise tasks, manage time, negotiation).

Responsibilities: * Attending conferences and ready for business trips; * Negotiating with potential clients to satisfy their business needs; * Communicating with existing clients; * Managing the sales process from lead introduction to signing contracts; * Face-to-face meeting with customers, roadshows; * Conducting the external PR events for customer acquisition; * Collaborative work with the delivery, recruitment, and marketing teams.
