We are seeking an IT Recruiter with a strong track record in hiring engineering talent. This role demands high autonomy and resilience in a dynamic hiring landscape to deliver results under changing priorities. Your area of responsibility * Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring; * Work closely with hiring teams to align on hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies; * Review and comprehend technical job requirements to effectively communicate with candidates; * Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing candidates with a smooth and professional experience; * Successful vacancies closure according to the SLA; * Develop and implement effective strategies to attract candidates through various online platforms; * Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles; * Work with a team on recruitment database, metrics calculation, and results analysis; * Optimization of recruitment processes.
Skills and requirements * 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in IT recruitment; * Strong expertise in recruitment best practices, including sourcing, assessment, and selection techniques; * Experience with recruitment technologies, assessment technologies, ATS’, scheduling systems, etc; * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization; * Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; * High level of creativity, perseverance, openness to change, and ability to prioritize; * English — upper-intermediate or higher.
