We’re looking for
a Product UX/UI Designer to join our team, who’ll directly collaborate with our US and EU customers, helping them launch, scale, and optimize their digital products (SaaS b2b & b2c, web and mobile apps) by solving business and product challenges through designand delivering measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate has a product-focused mindset, strong UI, communication and management skills. We are hiring for a full-time, in-house position, offering long-term collaboration as part of our core design team.
Requirements
— 4+ years of experience in Product UX/UI design, with a strong focus on SaaS products. Portfolio should clearly demonstrate SaaS-specific challenges, what was improved and why, the outcomes achieved, and a step-by-step design process. — Strong UI skills: crafting interfaces that are clear, consistent, and purposeful, ensuring ease of use while maintaining visual alignment with the product’s brand and goals. The reference: dribbble.com/insync_designteam — Advanced English (fluent in speaking, C1) for direct written and spoken communication with customers and their teams. — Problem-solving mindset, able to define business & user needs, apply UX research methods, and deliver impactful design solutions that drive measurable improvements in product and business metrics. — Proven experience independently managing design projects end-to-end, from client communication and scoping to delivery. — Strong soft skills, including clear communication, proactive ownership, and structured, user-focused delivery.
What You’ll Do
— Collaborate directly with clients and their teams (stakeholders, developers, etc.) to design and refine digital platforms, primarily SaaS, mobile and web apps, with focus on improving activation, adoption, retention, and other key product and business metrics. — Drive design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and handoff — whether creating new MVPs or improving existing products (auditing, testing), ensuring design outcomes align with business goals and measurable success criteria. — Participate in presales activities: conducting intro calls, scoping and estimating, auditing, preparing concepts, etc. — Demo and present design decisions, advocating for solutions with research, UX principles, and best practices. — Support the organization and optimization of design processes by maintaining design systems, developing templates, and proactively improving team workflows and standards.
