Requirements:
* Ideally, 1 year of experience in a similar role within an IT company or a strong desire to learn and grow in the field;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Proficient in spoken and written English;
* Strong persuasion and sales abilities;
* Ability to build and maintain relationships;

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Results-oriented mindset;

* A genuine passion for working in the IT industry and advancing as a Recruitment Specialist.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with Recruiters in the initial candidate search process;
* Work with recruiters to prioritize searches and identify relevant keywords;
* Conduct pre-screening of candidates;
* Utilize ATS and other innovative recruiting tools to review and select candidates for further consideration by the responsible Recruiter;
* Help shape the initial impression of Bitmedia Labs in the developer market;
* Participate in research, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of best practices;
* Consistently achieve performance metrics as outlined in the Scorecard, and defined by the Head of Recruitment.
