ChoiceQR is a B2B SaaS platform for the HoReCa industry that automates key processes for restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and confectioneries. The platform enables businesses to create online menus, implement QR payments, automate table reservations and delivery, and launch web pages without hosting costs.
Since 2021, we have grown into a team of 150+ people with offices in Prague, Warsaw, and Kyiv. Today, ChoiceQR serves 20000 businesses across 25 European countries. We are actively scaling, backed by 4 venture funds, and our annual revenue reached €5M in 2025.
As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an International Non-Tech Recruiter to join us.
Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in recruiting non-tech roles (sales, support, operations, marketing); * Proven experience hiring local candidates across Europe; * English level B2 or higher for communication with candidates and hiring managers; * Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer stage; * Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously while effectively managing time and priorities; * Strong planning and organizational skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to react quickly to changing needs.
Responsibilities: * Recruitment for non-tech roles across different functions (sales, support, operations, marketing); * Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer preparation; * Close collaboration with hiring managers to align on requirements and provide regular feedback; * Conducting candidate screenings and assessing fit against role requirements; * Supporting candidates throughout all recruitment stages and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
