SYNCO is a recruiting agency that helps businesses sync with the right talent to support real growth and long-term success. We don’t just close roles — we find the kind of match where values, culture, and ambitions align on both sides. It’s about lasting impact, not quick fixes.
Now we’re helping a B2C startup on the Tier-1 market to search for a Supply Chain Team Lead, who can drive initiatives and build scalable processes.
Why this role is interesting: * Real ownership: you’ll build the function, not just “support processes”. * High impact: your decisions directly affect revenue, customer experience, and growth. * A culture that respects numbers, speed, and accountability.
What you will do:
You’ll own the full supply chain function end-to-end:
Demand Planning * Build demand forecasts using historical data + marketing/sales inputs. * Improve forecast quality and accuracy for M1 / M3 horizons. * Set up (and actually use) a collaborative forecasting routine with stakeholders.
Procurement & Order Planning * Plan purchase orders and replenishment based on forecast + inventory constraints. * Manage suppliers/producers (including finding alternatives and creating backups). * Drive negotiations and keep agreements clean and reliable.
Logistics & Transportation * Coordinate shipments, timelines, and cost-efficiency with logistics partners. * Anticipate disruptions and proactively mitigate risks.
Fulfillment * Work with fulfillment partners to ensure smooth delivery and stable service. * Monitor operational bottlenems and fix root causes (not symptoms).
Analytics & Communication * Build clear reporting around demand, stock levels, risks, and decisions. * Translate numbers into actions for cross-functional teams.
What we’re looking for: * 2–3+ years in supply chain / logistics / procurement / demand planning. * Proven experience working with suppliers, logistics and fulfillment partners. * Strong forecasting & inventory planning skills (10+ SKUs is a solid baseline). * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (models, analysis, clean structure). * Strong negotiation skills + attention to detail. * Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting inputs and deadlines. * English: Upper-Intermediate+ (you’ll use it in day-to-day communication). * Management experience is a plus.
What we offer: * Remote-first: work from anywhere, full-time, no micromanagement. Flexible schedule with stable weekends. * Competitive compensation that grows with your skills and impact — initiative is noticed and rewarded. * Direct involvement in scaling to Tier-1 markets, working with large budgets, fast testing cycles, and real influence on business metrics. * Transparent, human-friendly vacation, sick leave, and day-off policy. * Benefits cafeteria: coverage for sports, learning, mental health support, and health insurance. * A fast, honest team aligned around one goal — no toxicity, no bureaucracy.
Hiring process: recruiter interview → interview with Hiring Manager → Final Interview.
After the decision, we send the offer immediately.
Apply if you want to drive processes, not just follow them.
