We are currently looking for a System Monitoring Team Lead, who will be responsible for supporting business process continuity through effective monitoring, timely incident detection and escalation, and systematic improvement of processes and tools.
Main responsibilities: * Manage of the team’s operational work (task allocation, shifts/ rotations, prioritization). * Control of SLA/ OLA implementation, quality of response and communication during incidents. * Building and optimizing of monitoring, escalation, incident management and post-mortem meeting processes. * Team development (onboarding, training, stand-ups, QA, 1:1, motivation). * Interaction with Business Development/ Support/ DevOps departments to improve services, reduce incidents and improve the quality of merchant support. * Implementation of automations and metrics (dashboards, alerts, analytics) to increase transparency and efficiency of work. * Working with telegram-bots.
Requirements: * At least B1 English level. * Ability to work with large data information. * Ability to success solving of complex problems. * Ability to fast-adapting to changing environment, work with procedure updates. * Proficiency in advanced functionality of work programs. * Management and knowledge of monitoring tools. * Ability to create regulations and procedures. * Understanding of customer interaction principles, working with objections, solving problem cases, ability to apply non-standard solutions for the best result. * Key performance indicator (KPI) analysis skills. * Ability to performance increase by work organizing of the monitoring team (SLA). * Ability to work with monitoring tools, prepare quality monitoring. * Project management skills.
Will be a plus: * Experience with Kibana, Grafana, PagerDuty; * Knowledge of SQL and basic analytics; * Experience in fintech / payments / gambling; * Experience in building SLA / OLA, incident management and postmortem; * Experience in automation (bots).
