We’re working with a US-based company to strengthen its digital marketing presence and improve brand communication across online channels. The project focuses on creating impactful marketing visuals for social media and digital campaigns, supporting website redesign and UI improvements, and developing scalable visual guidelines for marketing assets.
Requirements: * 2–4 years of commercial experience in UI/UX or Product Design * Proven experience in graphic design (branding, marketing visuals, digital assets) * Strong proficiency in Figma * Confident user of Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop) for visual assets and UI elements * Experience with collaborative tools such as Notion, Canva, or similar * Solid visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating attention to detail and user-focused interfaces * Experience working on web products and digital platforms * Understanding of UX principles, user flows, and usability best practices * Ability to contribute to and maintain design systems * Familiarity with data-informed design decisions and iterative improvements * Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams (PMs, developers, stakeholders) * English: Upper-Intermediate or higher for daily communication and documentation
Responsibilities: * Create visual assets for digital campaigns: banners, social media creatives, promotional materials * Design and deliver conversion-oriented website experiences — landing pages, product pages, and marketing funnels optimized for engagement and lead generation * Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure visual consistency across products and platforms * Own the full design cycle: user flows, wireframes, UI design, prototyping, and handoff to developers * Apply data-informed design decisions based on basic analytics and user behavior insights * Collaborate with PMs, developers, and marketing stakeholders * Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and results * Contribute to improving internal design processes and workflows
Nice to have: * Experience with motion design, video editing, or interactive visuals for digital marketing. * Familiarity with heat-mapping and conversion-tracking tools (Crazy Egg, Hotjar, etc.). * Knowledge of accessibility fundamentals and responsive web best practices. * Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to support developer collaboration.
