Your expertise: * 4+ years of experience as a full stack engineer with a strong frontend focus * Upper-intermediate and higher level of English , excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Deep expertise in React and hands-on production experience with Next.js, including routing, data fetching, rendering strategies, and performance optimization * Experience working with PHP-based systems, Node.js services * Proven experience building and maintaining GraphQL APIs; experience with federated schemas is a plus * Solid understanding of how frontend architecture decisions affect backend systems, performance, and developer velocity * Experience working with event-driven architectures, microservices, and monoliths, with the ability to operate effectively across different system designs * Strong focus on performance optimization across the stack, from frontend rendering to backend response times * Experience with AWS core services, including Lambda, and an understanding of cloud-based application deployment and operations * A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership, clear communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences

You will be involved into: * Building end-to-end product features with a strong emphasis on frontend development using React and Next.js, while meaningfully contributing to backend services and APIs * Designing and implementing user-facing experiences that are performant, accessible, and maintainable, supported by robust server-side systems * Working in a codebase that includes Next.js and React on the frontend, and PHP and Node.js services on the backend * Building, extending, and consuming GraphQL APIs that power core Skillshare experiences * Collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and data partners to translate requirements into shipped features * Participating in team ceremonies within a Scrum framework * Reviewing code with a focus on best practices in readability, testing, documentation, performance, and accessibility * Mentoring teammates and helping raise the bar for frontend quality while supporting full-stack engineering excellence * Partnering with engineers across teams, as well as with marketing, product, executive teams, and customer support
