About our client
Our client is a Belgian company with a clear leadership in the market of Safety, Security, Examination, Transportation, and Location management. They create and orchestrate smart technologies to support operational resilience of global organizations including security ERP software, products for smart logistics and aerial robotic solutions. You will join an existing drone control and guidance platform built on a .NET-based distributed architecture, where multiple services communicate in real time to support drone operations. What you’ll do * Maintain and upgrade an existing drone control platform * Work with a .NET-based distributed architecture consisting of multiple communicating services * Сontribute to integrations with external systems (CRM / ERP), development of new platform features, UI/UX modernisation * Participate in cloud platform modernisation initiatives * Improve system reliability, performance, and existing feature stability * Create and maintain technical documentation * Write tests and improve overall test coverage
What we’re looking for * 3 years of commercial experience as a .NET Developer * Strong knowledge of .NET / C# * Experience with MS SQL and Entity Framework * Good understanding of MVC architecture * Experience working with distributed systems, microservices, or event-driven architecture * Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ * Experience using Redis for caching or high-speed event handling * Good understanding of Docker (infrastructure expertise not required) * Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript will be a plus
