You will build solutions for SaaS web app with a double diamond process model: * Identify design problems and advise accurate, applicable, and reliable solutions meeting both user needs and business goals * Implement design layouts (we are Figma ninjas, btw) * Monitor design system and keep it up to date * Develop and maintain a complex project from idea to launch * Integrate CJM into a regular basis * Create clickable prototypes for your solutions
Our main tools in design process: Figma, Miro, Principle, Notion, Confluence, Jira, Amplitude, FullStory, Maze, Intercom.
Starter-kit needed to join the board: * Experienced in designing complex web interfaces in B2B, SaaS, CRM-like systems * Strong UX / UI skill * Experience in creating CJM * Knowledge of how to make design layout not only sexy but also comfortable for developers * Experience in conducting and/or participating in qualitative product research (usability testing, user surveys, etc.) * Solid experience working with Figma * English Upper-Intermediate or stronger
